Illahe Wine Dinner - City Club LA
ILLAHE WINE DINNER Friday, June 21st | 6pm | $135++ per person Indulge in an evening of culinary delight at our exclusive Illahe wine dinner. Join us for a sophisticated and unforgettable dining experience featuring a four-course menu expertly paired by Executive Chef, Armando Quiroz the Illahe wine dinner. About Illahe Winery: At Illahe, our goal is to make wine as naturally as possible from the soil to the bottle. This requires working by hand on small lots with age-old techniques and materials. Our focus is to make and grow quality pinot noir and white wines that express the vintage and their varietal characteristics. We don't use enzymes or additives, and we don't fine or filter our pinot noir. Some of our lots are made entirely by hand with no electricity or mechanization. We use a gentle wooden basket press, and age our pinot noir in French and Oregon oak. Of course, quality wine starts with quality fruit in the vineyard. Our 80-acre, south-facing vineyard lives in shallow clay soils. Like our friends in the Deep Roots Coalition, we do not irrigate mature plants. As one of Oregon's few horse-powered vineyards, we utilize a team of Percheron drafts and Norwegian Fjords to mow and deliver grapes to the winery at harvest.

ILLAHE WINE DINNER Friday, June 21st | 6pm | $135++ per person Indulge in an evening of culinary delight at our exclusive Illahe wine dinner. Join us for a sophisticated and unforgettable dining experience featuring a four-course menu expertly paired by Executive Chef, Armando Quiroz the Illahe wine dinner. About Illahe Winery: At Illahe, our goal is to make wine as naturally as possible from the soil to the bottle. This requires working by hand on small lots with age-old techniques and materials. Our focus is to make and grow quality pinot noir and white wines that express the vintage and their varietal characteristics. We don't use enzymes or additives, and we don't fine or filter our pinot noir. Some of our lots are made entirely by hand with no electricity or mechanization. We use a gentle wooden basket press, and age our pinot noir in French and Oregon oak. Of course, quality wine starts with quality fruit in the vineyard. Our 80-acre, south-facing vineyard lives in shallow clay soils. Like our friends in the Deep Roots Coalition, we do not irrigate mature plants. As one of Oregon's few horse-powered vineyards, we utilize a team of Percheron drafts and Norwegian Fjords to mow and deliver grapes to the winery at harvest.

A total body strength class using a variety of free weights, bands and more. The Focus is on Form! The repetitions are low, and the movements are slow to allow for heavier weights and more strength building. Designed for all Fitness level! Every Instructor has varied formats, so try them all!

Mat Pilates classes are foundational to the understanding and execution of equipment Pilates Exercises. This class will challenge your core strength and stability utilizing isometric type exercises. It will include the use of small props, such as bands, balls, and tension rings. Expect to be Challenged!!! For ALL fitness levels.

If you're a morning person, come on in and try this great combo class. First part of the workout is SPIN which is designed for all fitness levels; this class focuses on drills that build power and endurance. The classes are designed with high intensity bursts that push past your anerobic threshold to increase your cycling power. Second part of the class is STRETCH. You will feel better, improve your performance, and prevent injuries. A must for everyone!!!

Zumba!!! A super FUN fitness program using Latin and International music with dance moves. Zumba incorporates interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Class offers a not judgement zone! If you love music with a little dance moves, while getting a great workout, this is the class for you!
